Mrs Martin

Mrs Martin completed her PGCE at York St John University following a BA(Hons) in English Literature. She rejoined Stanley Crook Primary School in 2012 as an NQT after previously attending the school as a pupil. Mrs Martin discovered a love of teaching in KS1 and has taught Year 1 and 2 for almost six years.

Recently, Mrs Martin studied for a National Award for SEN Co-Ordination alongside a Post Graduate Certificate in Vulnerable Learners and Inclusion. As our SENCO, Mrs Martin is striving to improve provision to enable the best possible education for all children, including those with SEND.

When she isn’t working, Mrs Martin has a penchant for travelling, reading and baking cakes.
