As part of this schools continued commitment to e-safety, I have sent home to parents some up-to-date information on current issues surrounding this vitally important subject.
“Digital Parenting” provides examples of the positive impact of technology in areas such as education and lifestyle. However, the magazine also tackles a range of important safeguarding issues surrounding new technologies and offers some practical advice on how to ensure your children remain safe in the online world of today.
I hope parents find the information of interest. In the new year, staff will be holding Parent E-Safety Sessions which will explore these issues in greater depth.
