School reopens for teaching 22.02.16

I hope that you have all enjoyed a relaxing half-term break. Although our next half-term is only short, we have many exciting learning activities planned for all of our pupils. On Monday, KS2 pupils will be visiting Durham City and the Gala Theatre to watch the Durham Orchestra ‘Lights, Cameras, Action!’. I am sure all pupils will enjoy experiencing the thrill of watching and listening to a full orchestra.

On Wednesday, to celebrate the lead up to World Book Day, the Tickled Pink Drama company is visiting school to perform their show based on the adventures of Peter Pan! 30 lucky pupils will even get to enjoy a drama workshop with the actors and then take part in the show!

There are also many more exciting events and activities planned. As always, I will keep you all up to date via our website or texting service.

School opens Monday 22nd February.

I look forward to welcoming you all back to school!

Best wishes,

Mr D Christie

Headteacher
